Return Policy

If, for whatever reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the purchased items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery (please provide the tracking number).

Upon receipt of the goods, the purchase price will be refunded.

If you have received a faulty item, please contact our support team immediately and provide the following information:

Which item is damaged

A description Photo proof

If your package was damaged upon delivery, please take a photo and send it directly to our customer service. All claims for damaged packages must be made within 7 days of the delivery date.

We cannot issue a refund, credit or replacement without proof of damage from a customer service representative.

I have received the wrong item:

In the unlikely event that you have received the wrong item, please contact our support team immediately and provide us with the following information:

Your order number

The name of the item you did not receive

The name of the item you did receive

A photo of the item you received

Exchanges:

Unfortunately, you cannot exchange items with us.

If you still want to do this, we recommend that you return the product to us and then order the correct product from us.For defective products: If the product is defective, damaged in transit or otherwise faulty, the return is free of charge.

If I want to return the item(s):

If the customer has bought the wrong product, it doesn't fit or he no longer wants it, the customer is responsible for the actual cost of the return shipment and the return label. This costs about $40.

How soon will I get my money back after returning the product?

Refunds take place within 10 days after receiving the return.
