How much are the shipping costs?

We offer free shipping on all orders in the UK.

How can I track my order?
You can track your order on our tracking page. You will receive the tracking link by email after you have placed your order.

How long does delivery take?

Our shipping times are normally between 4 and 11 working days and consist of two phases:

• Processing time: 1-3 business days (order confirmation, customisation, quality control, packaging)

• Delivery time: 3-8 working days (this depends on the delivery location; the time includes the period from our international shipping center to your door)

If, for whatever reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the purchased items in their original condition within 14 days of delivery (please provide the tracking number).

Upon receipt of the goods, the purchase price will be refunded.

All returns must be registered through our customer service!
